I mistakenly registered as employer instead of domestic helper. What do I do?

If you have registered as an employer by mistake, you must (1) delete your account and (2) sign up again.

(1) Delete account
To delete your account, proceed as follows:

  1. Log in to Homeservice24.
  2. Open "My settings".
  3. Click on "Delete account" at the very bottom.
  4. Confirm with "Ok".

Please note that your account will then be completely deleted and we will not be able to restore it.

(2) Sign up
When signing up, please select the option "I am looking for a job".
