How does Homeservice24 work?
On Homeservice24, private persons and companies can search for suitable houesekeepers and cleaning companies and contact them directly. The housekeepers are not employed by us and do not have to pay us a commission when they accept orders.

You describe what you are looking for as precisely as possible, e.g. how big your flat is, what tasks will be involved or how often the domestic help should come.

Receive applications
Once you place your job offer, suitable domestic helpers in your area will automatically be informed of your application and will contact you if they are interested.
Usually you will receive your first applications within minutes. This way you can sit back and relax and be found by suitable domestic helpers instead of searching for them yourself.

Of course, you can also become active yourself and search for suitable domestic helpers (e.g. cleaning ladies, ironing or gardening helpers) using our search feature.

Once you have found suitable domestic helpers, the next step is to contact them. In order to contact domestic helpers and reply to applications, a premium membership is required. A one-off fee is charged for this. As a premium member you can then contact an unlimited number of domestic helpers, reply to applications and view references and documents.
By the way
The premium membership is a one-time fee and not a subscription. This means that it expires automatically after the booked period (1, 3 or 12 months). After that, you will continue to use Homeservice24 free of charge with the base membership.

If you have a good feeling, you can arrange an initial interview and a trial work with the domestic helper. We have prepared checklists for the initial interview and for the helper's introduction on the first working day, so that you don't forget anything.

You have found a suitable domestic help? Congratulations! You can now employ the housekeeper – unless the helper is self-employed or it's a pocket money job.
