How do I cancel my premium membership as a domestic cleaner?

You have successfully found jobs 🥳 and would like to switch back to basic membership?

No problem - you can cancel at any time. Proceed as follows:

1. Open the link to your account.
2. Log in to your user account.
3. Select the [Overview] item.
4. Now click on "Cancel Premium membership" at the bottom of the page

Your Premium membership will then be automatically cancelled at the end of the term and no further charges will be made 📴. You can of course continue to use Homeservice24 with the free 🆓 basic membership. You can find all basic functions in detail here:  Our prices and conditions.
