What is the satisfaction guarantee and when can I claim it?

With Homeservice24, private individuals and companies can find a suitable domestic help. We believe that this should be possible for everyone quickly and easily.

Therefore, we offer a satisfaction guarantee for premium members: We will refund your money for your premium membershipif you are not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days after you started your subscription, e.g. if

  • you could not make contact with a domestic helper,
  • you couldn't find a domestic helper who would fit your needs,
  • our platform is not for you after all, or
  • you are dissatisfied for some other reason.

To claim your guarantee

Within the first 14 days after the start of your premium subscription, contact our support team by e-mail and tell us the reason why you are dissatisfied. This information will help us further improve our site and our service.

Please contact our customer support directly if you have any questions about refunds. This way, we can arrange your satisfaction guarantee quickly and easily. A chargeback and report from the payment provider (payment conflict) usually delays the process significantly, as the amount is blocked during the often long processing time – we can no longer arrange a refund during this time.
