I signed up as a domestic helper by mistake. What do I have to do now?
If you have signed up as a domestic helper by mistake, you must (1) delete your account and (2) sign up again.
(1) Delete accountTo delete your account, proceed as follows:
Log in to Homeservice24.
Open "My settings".
Click on "Delete account" at the very bottom.
Confirm with "Ok".

Can I sign up as a domestic helper and an employer at the same time?
A double registration (both as a domestic helper and as an employer) with the same e-mail address is not possible on Homeservice24. However, you have the option of creating a second user account with a different e-mail address.
